How much can I borrow?

For your personal needs, this depends on a combination of factors including the amount of your salary, type of loan and any security offered.

 

Generally, in addition to your ability to meet the repayment requirements  the following limits apply:

  • Personal Loans:

o         Up to 4 times your gross monthly salary (unsecured) is the maximum for a unsecured loan

o         No limit for secured loans

  • Vehicle Loans: Up to 70% of the value of the vehicle (but this varies depending on how old the vehicle is). Higher amounts may be available on application.
  • Land / Home / Investment Property loan: Up to 80% (although 100% financing is available if other sufficient security is available).
