This Commercial Property Loan is a specific loan designed to fund commercial property development. It is a customised loan designed to assist with financing commercial real estate development (including constructions and subdivisions).
Maximum two year interest only loan with the flexibility to make additional repayments at anytime. After two years the loan can be switched to principal and interest repayments.

This is a straightforward commercial property loan with no ongoing fees. It is designed to assist with the purchase or refinancing of a commercial investment property. It has a monthly repayment structure with the facility to make additional repayments.
